Nachdem ich schweren Herzens einen mittelalten Nussbaum umges\u00e4gt hatte, kann nun die St\u00fctzmauer, die durch eben diesen Nussbaum besch\u00e4digt wurde, durch eine neue, davor gesetzte Mauer stabilisiert werden. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das heisst also erstmal: Buddeln, buddeln, buddeln. Vielleicht, weil sie noch unverputzt ist und nicht wirklich h\u00fcbsch ist. Das heisst f\u00fcr den flei\u00dfigen G\u00e4rtner nat\u00fcrlich, dass alles, was bislang noch nicht im Freiland steht, schleunigst raus muss. Dieses Jahr mussten wir unseren aus Hasel\u00e4sten zusammengebastelten Mini-Tunnel wieder abbauen. Daf\u00fcr habe ich aus den alten Gel\u00e4ndern von den Paddock-Boxen zwei sch\u00f6ne Tomaten-D\u00e4cher gebaut. Mit Ende des Jahres bin ich \u00fcberzeugt davon, dass wir damit besser gefahren sind als mit dem Tunnel: Weniger anf\u00e4llig f\u00fcr das Austrocknen, keine \u00dcberhitzungsgefahr im Hochsommer, einfacheres Arbeiten und die M\u00f6glichkeit, das Dach im n\u00e4chsten Jahr einige Meter weiter zu schieben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-5 wp-block-gallery nat\u00fcrlich mit einem Brautag begangen werden! Mein erweitertes Bierbrauequipment wurde das erste mal verwendet. Auf dem Brauplan war ein starkes Pale Ale Bier, wir entschieden uns f\u00fcr das englische Maischeverfahren. Eine Fuggle Vorderhopfung sowie eine Magnum W\u00fcrzhopfung sorgten f\u00fcr ein charaktervolles Bier mit leicht erh\u00f6htem Alkoholgehalt. Einiges im Au\u00dfen, das eine oder andere auch bei Rosi und mir.
